These terms govern use of the Migrateasy website and its student and administrator areas.
Services
The website presents services and destinations and supports file tracking. The scope, fees and commercial conditions of your service are set out in your signed contract; this page does not replace it.
Accounts and access
Only authorized administrators create accounts. Students sign in with a contract ID and password. Keep credentials private and report unauthorized use. Permissions are limited to your role.
Acceptable use
Provide accurate information and only necessary documents you are entitled to share. Accessing another student’s file, malicious uploads, attacks, bypassing limits and unlawful use are prohibited.
Decisions and availability
Universities and competent authorities decide admissions and visas; a favorable decision is not guaranteed. Information may change. Maintenance, incidents or abuse prevention may interrupt availability.
Documents and intellectual property
You remain responsible for submitted documents. Website content and branding are protected; reuse must respect applicable rights.
Liability and disputes
Liability, cancellation and refunds depend on your contract and applicable law. This page does not exclude mandatory legal rights. Contact the agency first to resolve a dispute. The agency’s full legal identity and jurisdiction must be confirmed before publication.
